Employment with GTC
Gardening the Community (GTC) is a grassroots food justice and youth development program based in Springfield, MA. We work to build healthy and equitable communities through organizing to change the local food system, urban agriculture, and youth leadership development. Our work is focused in the Mason Square neighborhood of Springfield, which is a food desert and has suffered greatly from structural racism and disinvestment.
