Help us raise $45,000 to support GTC's youth leaders and food justice work!

As the summer growing season closes, we are full of gratitude for an amazing year. Our youth leaders (30 strong this summer!) grew delicious, pesticide-free fruits, vegetables, and herbs for their neighbors, and helped run our beautiful new farm store which opened up healthy food access to hundreds of Springfield families.  Now we need your help to end the year in a strong financial position and expand our base of community funding for our work in 2020.

Your gift today supports the work of GTC to build a more equitable food system and grow youth leadership this winter.
With your support, over the winter months, we will:
  • grow micro-greens and other winter cold weather crops in our greenhouse
  • operate our Community Farm Store
  • run a 16 week long winter farm share program serving 30 families
  • work with our youth to develop their critical thinking and leadership skills and learn more deeply about food and racial justice, regenerative farming, and the vegetables we grow
