Plant Sale and Gardener's Gathering Saturday, May 12 - online orders now open!

Despite the snow, we are getting ready for spring!  Come join GTC and the Springfield Food Policy Council on Saturday, May 12 for our annual Plant Sale and Gardener's Gathering, to be held this year at GTC's new Farm on 200 Walnut St. in Springfield.

ORDERS DUE BY APRIL 27. 


We have a wide selection of healthy vegetable and fruit starts (young plants ready to go in the ground) available including many herbs and flowers. 

​Vegetable start prices range from $2-$4; and just $25 for a beautiful, overflowing hanging basket.  NEW offerings this year: Corn, Ghost Peppers (super hot!), Green Zebra Tomatoes, Citronella, Chamomile, Dancer Eggplant (light purple), Calabaza Squash.  

If you would like to pay with EBT, a check or cash, download THIS FORM, and mail in your payment or stop by our office.  You can use your SNAP benefits for any vegetable, fruit or herb plant!!!

Of course, you are always welcome to shop the day of the sale as well! We will have a wide selection of plants available including wrapped gift plants just in time for Mother's Day.
